Golden Home Development Completes Phase One Ahead of Schedule
Golden Home's first phase of 180 residential units has been handed over three months ahead of the original timeline, with Phase Two already 60% sold.
Golden Home Development has completed and handed over the first phase of its flagship residential project in Hurghada three months ahead of schedule. The milestone marks one of the fastest delivery timelines in the city's recent development history.
Phase One Details
Phase One comprises 180 units across six low-rise buildings, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments as well as duplex penthouses. Unit sizes range from 75 to 180 square meters. The developer reported that 95% of Phase One units were sold before completion.

Phase Two Progress
Phase Two, which adds 220 units and a new amenity wing with a gym, pool, and children's play area, is already 60% sold with construction approximately 40% complete. The developer expects Phase Two handover by mid-2027.
A third phase, consisting of 150 premium villas, is in the planning stage and expected to launch sales in early 2027.
