A British-curriculum international school will break ground in Sahl Hasheesh later this year, serving the growing expat and upper-income residential community.
A new British-curriculum international school is set to open in Sahl Hasheesh for the 2027–28 academic year, developer Aspecta Education announced this week. The campus will occupy a 15-acre plot within the resort community.
Campus Details
The school will accommodate up to 1,200 students from Foundation Stage through Year 13, with facilities including science laboratories, a 400-seat theater, indoor and outdoor sports complexes, and a dedicated arts wing. The curriculum will follow the British National Curriculum adapted for the Egyptian context.
World-class education infrastructure is the missing piece for family-oriented residential communities on the Red Sea coast.
Tuition fees are expected to range from EGP 180,000 to EGP 280,000 annually depending on year group, positioning the school in the mid-to-premium segment. The developer notes that early-enrollment discounts of up to 20% are available for families who register before March 2027.

Real estate agents in Sahl Hasheesh have reported increased inquiries from families with school-age children since the announcement. Villas and larger apartments within walking distance of the school site have seen particular interest. Analysts expect a positive impact on property values in the surrounding neighborhoods.
